“No Risk, No Chance!”
宋和慶盛 助教（京都大学農学研究科 応用生命科学専攻）
Dr. Keisei Sowa (Assistant Professor at the Graduate School of Agriculture, Kyoto University)

当フォーラムでは、毎年ゲストスピーカーをお呼びしてお仕事やキャリア形成に関してご講演いただいております。本年度のゲストスピーカーは、宋和慶盛 助教です。京都大学にて博士号を取得後の企業経験、アカデミアに戻った後のテーマ創発、そしてアカデミア発ベンチャーの立ち上げ事例をご紹介いただき、人生におけるリスクとチャンスについてご講演いただきます。
Every year, we invite a guest speaker to talk about their work and career development. This year’s guest speaker is Dr. Keisei Sowa. He will give a lecture on the risks and chances in life, introducing his experiences in academia, enterprises, and the launch of an academia-based start-up.

JSBBA KANSAI Student Committee (JKSC) とは？
Who we are and what we do

JSBBA KANSAI Student Committee (JKSC) は日本農芸化学会関西支部の下部組織であり、農芸化学分野に属する学生で構成されています。JKSCは毎年11月頃に開催されるJSBBA KANSAI Student Forumの運営を行っており、今年で10回目を迎えます。当フォーラムの特色として、進行や発表を全て英語で行なっています
JSBBA KANSAI Student Committee (JKSC) is a suborganization of the Kansai Branch of the Japan Society for Bioscience, Biotechnology, and Agrochemistry (JSBBA), consisting of students majored in agricultural chemistry. Every year around November, we hold the JSBBA KANSAI Student Forum, and this year marks the 10th anniversary of this forum. The event is run in English and all presentations will be made in English as well.

Student Forumの目的は？
Our purpose

Student Forumの主な目的は、
・学生間の交流の場を設けること
・留学生が国内で英語で発表し発表を聞ける機会を設けること
・国際学会を見据えて、英語での研究発表を実践する機会を設けること
の3点です。
Student Forumでの発表はクローズドとしております。
人前で研究発表を行う経験を積みたい、英語スキルを磨くきっかけが欲しい、多様な学生と交流して研究のモチベーションを上げたい・・・等々、どのような理由でも構いません。JKSCはあなたのご参加をお待ちしております。
当フォーラムは学生のみで運営する学生主導の学会です。学会発表そのものが初めてという方も、ぜひお気軽にご参加ください。
The Student Forum aims to:
provide opportunities for interaction among students,
provide opportunities for international students to give and listen to presentations in English in Japan,
and provide opportunities to practice presenting your research in English.
Student Forum is a closed-conference run entirely by students. Please feel free to participate, even if this is your first time to make a presentation at a conference.
